Closet Envy Shipping Policy
We keep it simple:
- Orders of $45 or more ship FREE!
- Orders less than $45 in value ship for a flat rate of $10.50
- Alternative shipping terms may apply or be available based on agreements made with
your local Closet Envy dealer, where available.
Orders placed by 4pm ship SAME DAY. No catamarans, sailboats, or galleons –
only some of the fastest shipping around.
We ship primarily via UPS Ground and offer courier service in select locations. Since
all orders are shipped to you from the closest of our 35 distribution facilities
across the US, most orders received before 4pm will arrive next business day!
Since not all items are stocked in all warehouses, if you need something urgently,
feel free to contact your account representative — or "live chat" with us
on our website — to verify that stock is nearby.
We are currently unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Please call us at 941-462-4770 because we like to talk to you, but also to arrange
delivery on select items to those locations. We do not (yet) ship internationally.
